01A Top-Tier Industry Accolade

The GDCF Science and Technology Award is one of the most authoritative honors in the computer science field within Guangdong Province. It aims to recognize organizations and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to R&D, technology promotion, and industrialization.

The First Prize awarded to RECHI and its partners represents the highest level of excellence within this category. The project underwent a rigorous evaluation process and was lauded for its exceptional performance in technical innovation, practical application value, and socio-economic impact.

02Core Technology: Breaking Industry Bottlenecks

The award-winning project directly addresses a long-standing challenge in the industry: balancing compressor efficiency with noise reduction. While traditional designs often require a compromise between the two, RECHI's team innovated an intelligent digital model system. By utilizing multi-parameter synergistic optimization algorithms, the system enables a comprehensive leap in performance. Key highlights include:

  • Multidisciplinary Integration: The model fuses Fluid Mechanics, Structural Dynamics, Acoustic Simulation, and Machine Learning algorithms.
  • Data-Driven Precision: It quickly identifies the optimal balance point among dozens of design variables, shifting compressor design from an experience-based model to a data-driven scientific decision-making process.
  • Proven Results: This model has been successfully integrated into RECHI Group's product development, significantly improving Energy Efficiency Ratios (EER) while drastically reducing noise levels.

Furthermore, the project has secured numerous invention patents and software copyrights, establishing a robust technical barrier and a solid foundation for RECHI Group's future leadership in intelligent compressor design.

03Driving Industry Transformation

As the "heart" of air conditioners and refrigerators, the performance of small compressors determines the energy efficiency and user experience of home appliances. In an era focused on global carbon neutrality and consumer demand for "silent" homes, high-efficiency silent compressors are the future.

RECHI Huizhou R&D Center's project provides an innovative roadmap for the entire industry. This system not only enhances design precision but also significantly shortens R&D cycles and reduces trial-and-error costs. This breakthrough facilitates a "green upgrade" for the home appliance industry—helping products stay cool and quiet while making a tangible contribution to global energy conservation and emission reduction.
