The unique Rechi High-efficiency DC brushless motor is employed for elevating energy utilization ratio and lowering power loading that contribute to energy saving.

The particular welding design of the pump ensures prevention against thermal deformation of the pump during the process for pump-casing welding, allowing the compressor operation reaching its optimal efficiency.
Excellent reliability design Excellent durability and reliability are made possible through the use of Nitrogen treated vanes in combination with high-hardness rollers and abrasion resistant refrigerator oil.

Low noise and low vibration design
Optimized muffler design and distributed winding design of the DC brushless motor, matching with the Rechi self-developed inverter controller of Auto Torque Control design, the combination is capable of effective lowering of the noise and vibration resulting from the compressor operation, keeping the noise level and vibration level substantially low.

Light-weight design
Small-size high-efficiency Rotors of Neodymium-Iron-Born magnet design not only have excellent magnetic features but also largely lower thickness of the stator, enabling a 30% total weight deduction of the compressor compared to a traditional single-phase one.

High precision leads to low noise

Rechi Precision rationalize the respective clearance through the high precision process and assembly technologies, the low-noise requirement of scroll compressor is achieved.

Unique compliance design realizes high efficiency.

In addition to the Radial Compliance, Rechi Precision developed a unique patent mechanism - Solid Axial Compliance (SAC) - that enables effective control of the tilt moment of the scroll member, hence not only can leakage be further reduced, but also efficiency of the compressor is enhanced.

Ecological concerns

Rechi's scroll compressor is not only of great benefit to global warming effect for high efficiency. Rechi also actively endeavors to develop new scroll compressors that use the new refrigerant R 410A for further reduce the depletion of earth's ozone layer.
